Shipping Times
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If shipping is delayed for some reason we will contact you right away and let you know.
Free Shipping
We offer free economy shipping on orders over $100.00. Free Shipping is for US orders only in the continental United States. Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the size of the package. We will decide which is best. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders going to AK, HI, PR or APO addresses. If you need your order faster you are welcome to pay for a faster shipping method.
Shipping Fees
Exact shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order. You can choose from USPS, UPS Ground or UPS Express Services. First Class Mail - Please note due to a glitch with the USPS web service the rate for first class mail in the drop down menu is about 30 cents lower than the correct rate which shows up in the shopping cart.
International Shipping
International shipping charges are figured up automatically in the shopping cart based on the weight of your order. First Class International mail and International Priority mail are NOT INSURED or trackable. The amount of time it takes to arrive varies, but it normally takes 7-14 business days. We are not responsible for lost packages if you choose these shipping methods. International Express Mail is our preferred method of shipping internationally. It is trackable and insured and takes approximately 3-5 business days. Orders weighing over 4 lbs must be shipped by Express Mail, unless you email us to make other arrangements (with the understanding that shipping by a cheaper method will not be insured).
International Purchases - Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Any fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs assessed by the governments of international purchasers are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. Since there are hundreds of countries and variable rate schedules, we are unable to provide customers with costs. The International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce has a website that provide Tariff and Tax Information, that can help you in determining your costs.
Various countries have prohibitions and restrictions that may prevent us from being able to ship to your country. It is recommended that you verify that the merchandise that you are ordering can be shipped you your country. The United States Postal Office maintains a list of Restrictions by Country that you can reference.
It is a violation of international trade laws for a merchant to mark a purchased item as a gift in order to avoid taxes, fees, or tariffs therefore we will NOT accommodate such requests. Nor can we send an invoice showing a purchase price less than the actual order amount."
