RETURN POLICY:
All items will be accepted for full refund or exchange within 30 days
of purchase if UNOPENED,UNWASHED and UNUSED. Returned items must be in
resalable condition (no pet hair, cigarette odors, etc.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
Original
shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is the
customer's responsibility and is also non-refundable. Shipping charges
will be deducted from the refund amount even if the original order
received free or flat rate shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for
processing your return once I have received it.
Shipping back your return will be the responsibility of the customer in both cases.
Any used or damaged merchandise returned to us will be held until the customer pays for shipping the item back to them.
Unused, unwashed items can be exchanged for a different size or
color if necessary. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Our products are of the highest quality, but if there is a
problem in materials or workmanship of a product within 30 days of
purchase, it can be returned for replacement only.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning an item to us.
Damage to products due to improper washing i.e. washing with bleach, voids our 30 day warranty.
If you have a defective product which is still under the
manufacturer's warranty, please contact us to find out the return
procedure for the particular manufacturer.
Since most defects are covered under individual
manufacturer's warranties, you must contact me prior to returning
merchandise, so I can give you the correct address of where to return
the item. Often times you will need to contact the manufacturer and
send it directly back to them. Mailing items back to me may cause a
delay in getting your item repaired/replaced. Please email me for an RMA for all returns.
All sales are final on Clearance Merchandise.
All sales are final on Special Order items.
In all instances, please contact us regarding all of your
returns and concerns prior to returning the item. We will always try to
work with you to reach an amicable solution. We want your on-line
buying experience to be a positive one.
Cancellations
We pack up and ship orders as quickly as possible. Often times orders are processed and packed just minutes after receiving them. Due to this fact, cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If your order has already shipped you will need to refer to the our Return Policy above.
Errors & Omissions Policy
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or store partners, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.
