Returns

  • Unused, unwashed items are returnable within 30 days of purchase for store credit, minus shipping. For orders that qualified for free shipping, original shipping charges will be deducted from the credit. If you would prefer a refund to your credit card or paypal account refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You must contact me for an RMA before returning any merchandise.
  • Returned items must be in resalable condition (no pet hair, cigarette odors, etc.)
  • Any used or damaged merchandise returned to us will be held until the customer pays for shipping the item back to them.
  • Unused, unwashed items can be exchanged for a different size or color if necessary. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Our products are of the highest quality, but if there is a problem in materials or workmanship of a product within 30 days of purchase, it can be returned for replacement only.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning an item to us.
  • Damage to products due to improper washing i.e. washing with bleach, voids our 30 day warranty.
  • If you have a defective product which is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us to find out the return procedure for the particular manufacturer.
  • Since most defects are covered under individual manufacturer’s warranties, you must contact me prior to returning merchandise, so I can give you the correct address of where to return the item. Often times you will need to contact the manufacturer and send it directly back to them. Mailing items back to me may cause a delay in getting your item repaired/replaced. Please email me for an RMA for all returns.
  • All sales are final on Clearance Merchandise.
  • All sales are final on Special Order items.

Cancellations

We pack up and ship orders as quickly as possible. Often times orders are processed and packed just minutes after receiving them. Due to this fact, cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.  If your order has already shipped you will need to refer to the our Return Policy above.

Errors & Omissions Policy

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or store partners, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.
