Hotslings Stretch Cotton pouches are made of a variety of fabrics that are 97% cotton and 3%lycra/spandex. This allows the pouch to 'give' and conform around baby's body and mom's shoulder. Available in solid colors or gorgeous prints - see detailed pictures below.
This is just a small amount of give, like stretch jeans. This is not like swimsuit material or fleece.
I love these slings! They are so easy to use, no rings or snaps to adjust. They fold up very small and when you need to use it you can just pull it out and put it on in a flash. Great for babies and toddlers alike. These pouches can be used for the cradle carry (birth to 4 mos) kangaroo carry (2-8 mos) and the hip carry (4 mo to 35 lbs). You can also breastfeed your baby while they are in the sling.
All Stretch Cotton Pouches are padded, which means they have minimal and discreet leg padding. It does not create bulk. Leg padding was designed for babies in the hip carry.
Correct sizing is very important in order for your sling to function correctly and be secure and comfortable for both you and baby.
