In general, most pocket diapers are only as good as their inserts. This is why some people prefer pocket diapers that don't automatically come with one type of insert. That way, they are free to get the type of insert they prefer and don't feel like they are being wasteful, by not using the insert that came with the diaper. Others prefer a diaper that comes with an insert for simplicity and economy.
Most pocket diapers can be used for overnight, but you may need to use more than one insert. Pocket Change diapers come with 2 inserts and when used together they should be enough for even a heavy wetter overnight. For other diapers that come with an insert it may be necessary to purchase a few extra inserts so you can use 2 for overnight. Please note Haute Pockets were made with a "breathable" PUL for awhile and those would not be good for overnight. They are going to be made with traditional PUL again now. The older style would be labeled or refered to as "Breathable Haute Pockets."
For the trimness factor I have rated them based on my personal opinion and from what I have heard from others. One Size Diapers tend to be bulker on an infant and trimmer fitting once the child is on the highest rise setting. One thing to keep in mind is that the trimmer the fit, the smaller cut the diaper normally is, so you may not be able to "stuff" it with as much as you can a less trim diaper. So, for a heavy wetter or a diaper you are wanting to use for overnight, you may want to try a less trim fitting diaper, so you can fit several inserts or a prefold in it. Snap close diapers tend to look a little more trim than velcro closing diapers. Of course any diaper can look trimmer or bulkier depending on what/how many inserts you have in it.
Diapers I have marked as good for chubby babies are ones the manufacturer says are good for chubby babies. "Chubby" normally refers more to thighs than stomach. The diapers have looser or no leg casings and tend to be roomier in the thigh and not leave red marks. Of course all babies are shaped differently and what fits one baby may just not work for the next. But if you know you have a chubby thighed baby, you may want to give the ones geared towards that a try first.
I don't have some of the newest One Size Pockets on here. For information on those see our One Size Pocket Diaper Chart
